2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Process
When creating an account, the user must provide their correct name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account, and any balance may be forfeited in such a case.
2.2 Account Security
- The user is obligated to keep their login credentials confidential.
- Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to tvajee immediately.
- Allowing any third party to use the account is strictly prohibited.
- The user bears full responsibility for all activity on their account.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
tvajee may at any time request copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Bonus Abuse Policy
- Only one bonus applies per person, per household, or per IP address.
- Arbitrage betting or the Martingale strategy using bonus funds is prohibited.
- tvajee reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings in cases of bonus abuse.
- Each promotion has its own expiry date; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
4.3 VIP Program
The tvajee VIP program has five levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). The decision to change levels is entirely at tvajee's discretion. VIP benefits are subject to change.
5. Betting Rules and Gaming Policy
5.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- tvajee reserves the right to cancel any bets or payouts made due to a system error.
- The odds on an event may change before the result is confirmed.
- tvajee will not be responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.
5.2 Casino Game Policy
- All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
- If an abnormal result occurs due to a software or server error, the relevant round will be considered void.
- Game session records are stored on the server and will be treated as final evidence in dispute resolution.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Collusion, cheating software, or the use of bots is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is prohibited.
- Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited and legally punishable.
- Any of the above violations will result in the permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of all balances.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

11. Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
